that is as healthy as it gets........needed the lamb to cut through some of that roughage!

That looks tastey, Do you freeze the meat or anything so it doesn't fall off?


 no, just wet yer hands and the meat will not stick to you hand as you form it and you must use a flat skewer.

 In guess I'll have to try that with wooden squerers, squueerrs, squereeers, oh heck them wooden meat poker things. Some folks just don't appreciate a good roasted goat.
