lamb for me and turkey for them......the girlfriend can't stand lamb which just means more for me!

here is what i use to spice the lamb.......

formed by hand on to flat skewers..........

using lump and pecan ...........

grilling in the sfb..........

dressed some toms and cukes in olive oil and S&P for the sammie.....

coming along nicely............

done and resting..........

warming the naan...........

hummus, toms and cukes........

top with lamb and more hummus...........

 no, just wet yer hands and the meat will not stick to you hand as you form it and you must use a flat skewer.

 In guess I'll have to try that with wooden squerers, squueerrs, squereeers, oh heck them wooden meat poker things. Some folks just don't appreciate a good roasted goat.
