I live up in the west side of Washington state I have only been smoking for a little over two years on a Traeger. But that just made me want more, I have recently gotten a stand up freezer (metal interior) that I am learning about converting to a cold smoker. I have recently gotten into makeing my own sausages as well. So I’m hoping to learn a lot from you all and will definitely be asking a bunch of questions on the freezer smoker. Now let’s have some fun
