Lookin good and very traditional. I see you are from St Louis. Mr's ~t~ is from there and on visits, all her kinfolk would serve pork steak with Maull's BBQ sauce and for some reason almost always burnt the chicken :emoji_laughing:. That said, when I was asked to cook I stuck to ribs, steaks or sausages.

Fantastic ! I have center cut pork steaks soaking for tomorrows cook .
Those look perfect . I haven't had Maull's BBQ sauce in years . Used to be Maull's and Falstaff mixed . Looks like you chose wisely on the sauce . Lol . Have you tried the country Bob's ? It's pretty good .

Good looking pork steaks. Love the beans and slaw also. Nice plate full

Nothing simple about them , they are a great cook and meal in my mind
It must be pork chops and pork steak day, i just had for supper also. Done with 3 different coatings

I keep reachin for it... guess i just needed someone like you to tell me it's good. I'll give it a try. Thanks
Dierbergs has a " buy local " section in the isles and will run it on sale quite a bit . I loaded up last time .

@thirdeye
Found this in a block wall we demo'd in a school I remodeled .
Brick layers used to have a beer break in their contract .
The whole wall was full of them , but most were smashed .

I like country bob's bbq. Grew up on the steak sauce. Just found this a couple days ago and it's damn delicious

Having spent my high school years in MO I’m a big pork steak fan. Usually can be had here in Ohio nice and cheap. Love them. Yours look outrageously good.

Thanks guys, I like to do mine almost like a rested BUTT, I get them cooked, then cover with sauce and foil at about 250° for about 2-3 hours. They are "no knife needed"
