I'm out in southern california - picked up a masterbuilt pro dual smoker and already had a list of things to do thanks for this forum. I'm a super novice but always wanted a smoker. Will post a few questions shortly but wanted to say hi and thank everyone for being so helpful already (been searching the forums).
