Just saying Hi

My name is Mike, I'm from Western PA and I joined a few months ago and have been lurking for a while.  Just realized I never did a roll call, so here it is.  I enjoy cooking for fun and because I like to make as much of my own stuff as I can.  I have a mes30 and Brinkman Smoke-N-Pit.  I do not have any one thing I cook more than anything else.  I pretty much try anything.  So this is my roll call and a big Hello to everyone!

Hey Mike, welcome!  Glad you spoke up and said "hi."  Sounds like you and I could be twins because I enjoy smoking and cooking just like you.  My wife has started to recognize that unspoken look on my face when I see something at the store or on TV and start thinking "Hey, I wonder how that would work in the smoker."  We have a lot of laughs over that.
