I stumbled across this site and am I glad i did. looks like a great one....

Little about myself, started smoking many years ago but got away from it for a few years now. Looking forward to learning some new tricks and remembering some old ones. Smoked up some ribs and sausage this past weekend and to my surprise they came out very good... sure ya all will be seeing me on here a good bit, and just wanted to say hi.........Thanks, stcsr
