Hello everyone, I am from South Dakota, new to smoking and still learning. Looking forward to being a member. In the process of building a reverse flow smoker out of a 275 gallon fuel oil tank. It is a family project, my sons and I, winter set in and its kind of on the back burner, need a heater for the garage. Hope to learn more and be ready to finish it come spring. Currently using a old Char-Broil smoker, gets the job done.
