Which cabinet is best for convection:
  1. Insulated cabinet smoker reverse flow
  2. uninsulated cabinet smoker reverse flow
Would radiant heat hinder bark in a cabinet smoker?
Anyone own a Boathouse cabinet reverse flow smoker or other wise?

I am looking to invest in a cabinet smoker is the reason I am asking.
Thanks Men

270 Smokers cabinets are designed specifically for convection air / smoke flow. Unfortunately they quit building so you have to find a used one. I love mine and while I've bought and sold many smokers and use it infrequently I would never sell it.
