Hi!  My name is Missie and I am from Bloomer, Wisconsin.  I have been learning how to smoke for over a year now, the old fashioned way over a large charcoal grill.  I have gotten to love it more and more.  Now I am in the process of building a big electric smoker, with some help, of course!  I stumbled upon this site and learned a lot.  Now I am looking for advice on how to build my smoker and learn all the tricks to smoking!
