hey everyone, my names andy and i have done about 6-7 smokes with my lil r2d2 brinkman. gonna be doing 2 briskets tommorrow and some johnsonville brats. will be posting pics for the site to see how my stuff turns out!! will be using mesquite chips because i like alot of smokey flavor.
