Hi all,
I just got a Masterbuilt Sportsman's Elite 6 rack smoker about 3 months ago. I live in Utah, United States. It has been a long cold winter. I have only cold smoked cheese a couple times and it was awesome. I used cheery one time and apple the other. I think apple was the best.
I am looking to smoke some chicken breasts and elk. Can anyone recommend some good recipes and what flavors of chips to use?
