Just did 2 racks of baby backs, with view.

  1. Did two racks of baby backs this afternoon in my Bradley. Coated them in mustard and rubbed them down last night, each one got a different rub - Bad Byron's Butt Rub, Jack Daniels Pork Rub, and Lysanders Rib Rub. Bradley was struggling to maintain 225 degrees so I did a 3-2-1 (rather than 2-2-1) at ~200-215 degrees. Turned out great. Threw some potatoes in for good measure, potatoes ran in the smoker for about 4 hours, wasn't too impressed with how they turned out, oh well. Ribs turned out nice and tender, would do it again!
