First time doing wings and I just pulled them out. They turned out great. Coated them in baking powder and let sit then light coat of peanut oil and Jeff's original rub. Smoked with cherry at around 275 avout 2 hours. The flavor is great and light enough to go with just about any sauce. Skin is also nice and crispy.
