Hey Y'all! Just signing in here as the F'ng New Guy.  I am in Albuquerque, NM and new to smoking. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and picking up some usefull information to aid in my new hobby. I have a Master Forge Vertical Propane smoker and have one failed attempt at porkribs under my belt.... bye the way my name is Earl and no, I have not seen the TV show...

Welcome to the forum! You will have to make good use of some yummy NM green chilli's in some of your smokes to make us drool. I lived in Taos of and on for 10 yrs. and I still miss the green chilli.....

Thanks for the welcomes. I just got day 5 of the E-course and finished my second smoke. So far and all is well. Hmmmm New Mexico green chili and smokin???? Gonna have to find a way to combine them for everyone.   Earl
