Just got an Akorn, any accessories you recommend? What fits?

I have the deflector plate, but really interested in doing pizza, Have a steel for my oven but it will not fit the akorn. Are there known fits with other products for pizza ovens/rotisseries etc? Got my gasket material and RTV as well to help make a better seal. What controllers are best? are they necessary? See some old threads but nothing with new products etc.

I took my deflector and put it an mygrates and used it as a stone. Maybe not the best but it worked.
