Decided to cook a brisket over night on Saturday. Picked this up at Sams. Not a bad price.
Seasoned with Peachey rub.
Into the smoker at 235 degrees. Corn cob pellets in the tube.
Next morning. Probe tender.
Just some pics now of slices and dinner.
Very juicy
Tonight we had hot brisket sammies.
