Happy to be here and have read quite alot of your posts to start getting serious with smoking.
Mostly grill/BBQ in the past 40 years. My son donated a TRAEGER 20 that he had purchased from COSTCO.
Most of my time is golf or working one day a week at a golf course. 26 years of NAVY and retired 2005.
Now it's motorcycle or grill/smoke related days. Normal load of cars, home and garden.

Glad to be here and will try to contribute good stuff.
