I used Eldons Teriyaki jerky seasoning. It could have had a slightly stronger Teriyaki kick. But still pretty good. I used A-MAZE-N Pitmaster choice pellets in the smoker.
 
Came out pretty good. The smoke flavor could have been a touch stronger.

So maybe an hour? Hour and a half?
I do both strip and ground Jerky.
I like how you racked it up with the skewers.

Thanks! My next batch I'll smoke it for 1.5 hours I believe.
