Hello everyone.  Been grilling a long time but just recently starting smoking.  I work from home so it is nice to be able to cook almost any day of the week.  Looking forward to picking up a lot of tips on here.  Using Weber 22 Kettle right now.  Just bought the Slow N Sear accessory and seems to really help.
