Hello everyone, I am Jay. I am from El Paso, Texas but currently stationed over seas in Japan. I have been a jarhead for a little over 16 years. I have been smoking meats for about 2 years now. I just bought a treager about 9 months ago and I love it. Looking forward to learning a few tricks and producing some good chow! Cheers!
