You can add or sub jalapeno or Chipotle powder in any rub you like. Many call for chili powder or cayenne. Sub in the desired amount of Jalapeno...JJ
 
I took jalapeno's from the garden last year, smoked them, dried them then ground them.

Havent tried it yet.   LOL
