JALAPENO AND CHEESE SMOKED SAUSAGE RECIPE

Who has the best Jalepeno and cheese smoked sausage recipe? I usually harvest a couple deer and hogs each year and I want to do something different with the meat than I normally do and I love smoked sausage so if you feel that you have a good recipe that you don't mind sharing please do.
