It's Not a Sandwich, it's A MEATWICH!

Had a strong craving for Tri-tip last night, and happened to find a choice specimen at Ralphs, which is somewhat unusual. Nonetheless, it saved us from a trip to the madness known as Costco.





Here it is after 1.5 hours with a reverse sear over oak:





As soon as I began slicing through that meat, an idea began brewing:





I think I will build a GIANT french dip sandwich:

Also after looking at that price I will never complain about what I have to pay for them around here. Normal price is 2.99 per lb. 1.86 on on sale.
