My little helper and I sliced up the cheese I smoked back in THIS thread. I added 7.5lbs of cheddar and I got the following.

I also will be giving smoked salt and my rub in the gift baskets.

I'm giving Homemade1.5 lb packages of smoked link sausage, Homemade License Plate Blue Bird Houses, and a pint of homemade Blueberry Jam, in gift bags that my bride has to figure out how to make gift presentable.

A few years back, not wanting to be a scrooge and having no idea what to give my niece and nephew, and knowing they both liked to cook outside, I started giving each a 3 bone prime rib roast and a frenched Pork Crown. I really didn't expect the response, now each always makes sure they are going to get meat for Christmas. Who knew?

Nephew asked Baby sister to get him a smoker like Pooh-Pah's. Loaded his wagon up! Got a 40 bluetooth, and all the best toys. Told Sis that should have got him a good pit instead, but he asked for it. Maybe we can get something welded in time for next year. Or at least a Weber.

Put up Chili yesterday, made candy today (Maple, vanilla, and butter pecan pralines, and peanut brittle) Thinking tomorrow might be a good day for hamie stix <shrugs> Got jars off BBQ sauce, but out of bacon, sausage and andouille. It just ain't ever gonna get cold here!!

Nice,, Yep in mine will be some smoked cheese, Pepperoni sticks, salt, and small bottle of Pendelton Whiskey.

Smoked salt, snack sticks, and homemade vanilla are going in gift bags here.  A select few will get some SS as well.
