Cold and raining out, was gonna make ribs but screw that. Ran to the deli and got some mortadella, gabagool, hot solame, and smoked provolone. Homemade hoagie roll, some hot pepper relish, onions and lettuce with some vinegarette, tomatoes seasoned with the prime rib rub from line of seasonings, and mayo. Damn...... yum!

You actually just inspired me, to get off my ass to go to the Italian deli for a late lunch. (I hope they are still open).
 
Oh man that looks great! I’ve been looking for a place that makes something like that in our little Mtn town…no one does. 45 minute drive each way to get that level goodness!
