It Arrived! AMNPS!!!

Well I just got my AMNPS from Tod. I order it on christmas eve, and got it today. He was out of the 6x6, so upgraded me to the 6x8 for free. 

Thanks Tod for the great customer service, I look forward to using it this weekend.

I am not sure yet, But i am leaning toward my Lemon BBQ Ribs. Have not made those since the 4th of july. We will see. Probably wont be till monday before i get to the smoker.

i will keep you guys posted. And I will for sure do pictures. 

I have not tried these smoked yet. I have only ever made them on the BBQ, and those are good. 

I will post the full recipe, but basically it consists of a homemade Lemon BBQ sauce, with a nice thin coat of lemon pepper on the ribs.
