is it ok to brine a loin

    just wondering if brining a loin has any benefit like with chicken? :oops: got a 12# that i cut 3 ways to do 3 different ways?

    I've brined them to cure or add flavors to them. Other than that if you don't over cook them they will be juicy enough without brining.
