Hi everyone ,

I have smoked deer in a small smoker for years to make jerky for my two kids.

Now they are older and hunt more i went bigger and made me one to do more and so now i've

done pork loin , bacon and smoked cheese. So here is a pic of my last smoke when we had a littlie snow last week.
