Hey Gang,
New guy here.
I've been making sausage and smoking stuff for about a year now and still learning a lot. Have referred to your site a number of times so figured it was time I joined.
Live in southwest Louisiana.
Equipment includes a Masterbuilt 30 inch electric smoker, LEM hand crank sausage stuffer, and a Megaforce 3000 grinder.
