I am from ohio, kind of new at this smoking. I use a charbroil gas smoker. Smoking a pork butt today, should it be wrapped in foil for the last few hours to help keep the moisture in it? I have heard opinions both ways on this?

  to SMF!

Glad to have you aboard!

You can wrap if you like.

It will cook faster, but there won't be as much bark.

Personally I don't wrap mine.

Probably half do & half don't.
