Hi.

Name is Dan and I live in Vacaville California.

long time BBQer, I have wanted a smoker forever and just recently acquired an offset smoker.

I have been have a lot of fun with it although I a smoker newbie, I have only used it a 6-7 times since I got it last month.  Hahaha, so basically I am using it every weekend. :)

I am reading and trying to learn as much as I can.  I appreciate the advice and experience from everyone on here, and I'm sure I will have lots of questions.
