Working really well on my smoking of foods....after winning my second kcbs style( just style not official) bbq contest the sky is the limit...I'm still working on getting into different cuts of meat ...but I took first in chicken and first in ribs (won ribs last year as well)...next I'm working on my pork cuts ...then brisket...heir I'm still working on my rubs...I'm a rub finatic ...and being from upstate ny I'm working on putting some maple flavor into my kcbs style rubs ...so the experiments continue....for next year maybe a real kcbs contest to maybe humble myself...but right now I'm flying high....so smoke on brothers and sisters...or roll that coal baby!
