Forgive me if this is the wrong section… I couldn’t find any solid recommendations for an injector, I’ve read the ones available at Meijer/Walmart/ other big box stores are very cheap and don’t last… Do any of you have an injector you stand by? Something you’ve had for awhile that hasn’t let ya down, I really want to make some Scarbelly wings but have no injector

Google is your friend.  Check out some of the sponsors at bottom of page. Get one that is metal, maybe diff size needles, and remember, you get what you pay for.

Get a small one for doing wings. The first time I tried to use my large stainless one I shot franks and creole butter all over the kitchen walls and ceiling!!! The small one I bought is a Cajun injector brand, was what my local store had.

I use the large one for injecting cure solutions when making bacon, and hams.
