I went striper fishin on Fri. & Sat. with a new smoker still in the box at home ! (really tough decision to go ) But I managed to throw this together today. The new Bradley is seasoned and running well. It's putting out a steady stream of thin smoke (not too much not too little)and is holding a good temp on a 52 deg. day. It seems to be insulated well and is built well. I threw on some ABTs ,some fatties, filete mignon and a piece of salmon. Up top are a couple of trays of my honey roasted almonds dusted with chipolte pepper and cinnamon. I'll post the results later.
