But some things just have to be repeated.

Last week I orderd an AMZNPS.  I also ordered a thermometer that apparently qualified me for free shipping.  BUT  I didn't see that part...entered my CC info and was happy.  The following day I realized I forgot to get extra pellets.  So I called Todd Johnson to see if I could add them.  He advised me that I was supposed to get free shipping and would have a credit.

Long story short, we agreed to just add pellets to the order and not credit and rebill for the shipping and the pellets (I told him I expected that would be a PIA).

While I had Todd on the phone I asked a number of questions.  He provided great information and very friendly service throughout the entire conversation.  While he did nothing wrong, he offered to throw in extra pellets because otherwise I was technically overpaying (that was my suggestion so he didn't have to mess around with the original CC credit/rebill)  HE really didn't want me to overpay, and I appreciated that.

Anyway, package arrived ina  timely manner.  I fired up the AMZNPS last night and was very pleased with how it worked.  WOUld recomend this to anyone with my results so far

Todd represents what so many American Businesses forgot over the last 20 years...Make a Good Quality Product, Sell it at a Fair Price and do what ever it takes to make and keep a Happy Customer! We won't see Made in China on any of TJ's Products...JJ
