I'm going to buy an OK Joes Bandera.
I can get for $400 at Menards which is 9 miles from me.

Looks like a nice setup Rick.
How thick is the steel?
Al
They say the smoke box is 2.5mm cold rolled and fire box is 2, both powder coated high temp.

I'll be keeping an eye on this. I'm afraid my offset is ready for retirement and I really like the looks of this.
Is there a cover available for it?

Nice unit. Very well built. My Dad has had one for many, many years. I burnt my first smoke sausages on it when I was first starting out...LOL!

Since you're getting all tech savvy these days, you should put a blower on it to help maintain temps. I bet one sized for a WSM 22 would work good at the low temps you'd be keeping most of the time.
