Hello Im Petroskie and i like trying new meats and rubs, ect. my family has hunted their own food for years any were from deer, elk,moose,crab,clams,ect,ect so im really excited to get my first smoker/grill. My avatar is the pic of the grill i have and i cant wait to learn a ton from this site FYI i have a great crude sense of humor so we'll all get along great mmm kay
