Hey y'all I just received an email from the igrill store (because I own one I guess) and the new igrill 2 started shipping today for $99. Best part is it can use up to 4 probes at once (only comes with 2 of course).

I just bought a new maverick 733 a month ago so I doubt I'll be springing for one anytime soon, but 4 probes at once makes me wanna order one today! Anybody buying one?

I just ordered one a few hours ago and added the probe for the cooking space as well. Looking forward to getting it and trying it out. I'll post about how it works for me when I use it.

detail us on the flavor and ingredients and such on jeffs spices for the rest of us that cant afford much but the baby to crap in  $1 a diper i wont have any extra till college i hope :-)

I'm going to wait a bit and see how the reviews are. I've been lucky with me iGrill and haven't had any problems with it. I know others have had issues. The only problem I've had was after an update I had to reset the Bluetooth connection on my iPhone to get the transmitter to pair with the phone.

Looking forward to some iGrill2 reviews.

I've had zero issues with my igrill and the idea of 4 probes in one thermo is awesome! Maverick will have to come out with something to match this now. Bet it happens by years end.

Doug I have the first igrill and it's every bit as good as any maverick I've used. Hopefully the same is true with the 2.

I have the igrill mini and love it, so handy. But today something seems to have happened to my probe, its reading 120F at room temp, lol. I dont remember getting it wet or touching the grill. Whatever happened im assuming it was my fault. I think I'm going to order the igrill2 though with an extra ambient temp probe.

I have a probe for my Maverick that is doing the same thing...reads 140 inside my house. I guess they aren't really repairable so i figured i'd throw it away and buy a new one.

Yeah they go bad sometimes. I had one jump from 140 to 280 in a chicken thigh a month ago. I washed it and noticed the cable was coming out of it and when I pushed it back in , it worked ok. I assume it'll crash soon but for now I'm gonna keep using it.

It's awesome, just as easy to use as the mini. Now I don't know what I could do with more than 2 probes at one times, but I'm sure it will be fun finding out

Ma Dutch got me the igrill2 for Father's Day not knowing that it's only compatable with the iphones for now. They will be coming out with the Android version of the app in August. I've use my iGrill2 a couple of times now on a couple of chuck roasts and some chicken. I've got the ambient probe on order.

Did you do the boil test? Also the say the new ambient probe is good to 700*. Does it actually give readings up to 700*?
I did the boil test on all the probes and they are all accurate. The pro probes can withstand direct temps up to 700F but only read to 572F.

Nice! That stinks that you can't use remote readings in app until august though, at least you can still use it with the on screen temps in the meantime.
