Smoked two briskets 1 was 13lb the other was 10lb, two pork shoulders 7 and 8 lbs.

Added a third grill to my 18inch smw just above the door,was a little worried about heat circulation but turned out grate,started somker 9pm took brisket off aournd 8am wraped in and put in the oven at 180 to keep warm.

pulled pork off at 1pm IT at 205 for pork.
 
Can't get any better bark than that
