My grandparents were Cuban and we just lost my grandmother this October after losing my grandpa a few years back. So I'm following your recipe in honor of them for noche buena tonight and I'm about to pull it out and wrap it. SO FAR SO GREAT! WOOO HOOOO!!! I'll let you know how it tastes!!! I'm sure it will be awesome because it smells and looks like it!!!!!
