I pulled the trigger!!!

I took several of your guys advice and pulled the trigger on an 18.5" WSM. Really excited to try it out. Any tips for a newbie?

Woohoo! Get yourself a good remote therm. The stock therms are not accurate. Other than that get out there and start smoking!!!

As Case said a good therm is a must, but  other than that the WSM is ready to go right out of the box.
