Hey Y'all. I love me some Country Style Ribs! So i cooked about seven of them this past Saturday.

I used to cook them 3-2-1 but i just smoke them to the IT of about 185 and let rest to about 190 IT to make them really tender.

I brush sauce on both sides at about 175-180 and let finish with the sauce sticking to the ribs to make sticky CSRs!

PICS!

Just on the smoker with mustard and Chicken N Rib rub (Weber)

the smoker with the ribs and a pork sirloin for PP!

Cooked about half way through

Almost done! added some homemade sauce!

Taste Yummy!

Thanks for looking and thanks ahead for any comments or points on my cook.

Happy Smoking,

:Looks-Great:

Those look delicious! One of these days I'm going to have to CSRs a try. I tried grilling them many moons ago but found them tough and inedible so I pretty much wrote them off. Looks like I just didn't know what I was doing....

These were butt (shoulder) CSRs. Cook them to a high IT whether it's grill or smoke. About 185-190 they are melt in your mouth! They are generally cheap... About $1.49-2#

Thanks!

look real nice, I take the whole pack and put skewrs through em, and smoke em like a rack of ribs ,, to an internal of 200 .... points to you

CSR's are some of my favorite. Be careful if you're cooking to temp. If they are overcooked any at all, they can get super dry.

Yours really look awesome....Thumbs Up

these were a good deal of fat...i actually trimmed some of the cap off them and i spritz with some juice and ac vinegar ( something i rarely do with anything) until i broke the handle of my spray bottle and they were really juicy!

thanks Joe!
