I am retired and live in a small town in southern Oregon just north of the California Border.  I found this forum while searching for information on how to build a reverse flow smoker.  When I started to look at some of the other categories and reading the threads they contained and it soon became clear this site seemed like home and was a place I wanted to be a part of. I was very impressed by the knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness of the folks participating on this site.  I am new to the art of smoking meat and looking forward to learning how it is done from folks who so obviously enjoy doing it and are so willing to help those who want to learn
