Thanks Dave for the like and comment

First off you are not late , I just posted a couple hours ago. And I hope nothing serious at home ?

And yes your started came up here no problem, I think I will get the hang of it pretty good.
Will be trying a few different styles of breads and things.

But love this sandwich bread. I see the cheese and Jalapeno in my future also.

Thanks for all your help.

Before I started Keto, I would have eaten an entire loaf in one sitting....fresh and hot out of the oven. It's one thing I miss.....

I can see that, as I normally have 2 slice s of toast and peanut butter only with my tea before going to work and I take my PB and J sandwich for lunch.
But now with having this Sour dough , already had 2 slabs for tea early this morning and came in from shop and made a grilled cheese and i know I could go for another. I think I will have to pace myself on the amount of loaves I make per week. Already into the second loaf, with the help of the ladies here.

Sorry Cliff , I missed your post as I was jumping around in the site.

Thank you, and I can't stop picking at it either.

Yes I Saw chopsaw chopsaw focaccia and the sandwich, I offered him a trade for my grilled cheese, lol

They look really good , and I must look into them

Beautiful loaves, my friend! You made me pull my starter out of the fridge just now to see if I can even come close to what you just made.

Looking good Billy Ray
Meet you at the bottom of the rabbit hole.

There ya go........Nice breads

No going back now and bread is cheaper to make than meat right now.
Isn't that the truth? But bread flour is way more expensive down south than up home where we grow the stuff.

My wife (the supposed non bread eater) is the one that cannot wait to cut into a fresh loaf. She wants it warm to melt in the butter.
I do most of mine sandwich loaf style as it fits the toaster.
If Mona wants the hard crust of a rustic boule, you're going to need a bread oven or dutch oven. Sounds as the purchase is pre-approved

that's what got me, i have been kind of just going through all the SD post for a year or so just reading . And I commented on a few of them. Then Dave sandyut sandyut gave me a shout and asked if I wanted to try some starter. And it went all uphill from there.

I can see how this will be a lot of fun
