When the kids were young. We threw 50 guest birthday parties, with a bouncy house and pony rides. That would have been perfect for those. It weighed 60lbs before cooking, probably figure -20% loss, so 48lbs. Be generous with 1lb servings, that's 48. Or 3/4lb servings, that's 64.
Serve a bunch of guys like me and it might do 20-25 of us.
