I am brand-new to the world of smoking meats

Hi everyone my name is Mike and I live in Northern California in the San Francisco Bay area. Yesterday I purchased a 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse Smoker. Welcome, this is a great site and you will find tons of information here.

I too have the MES 30, check out the "Groups" section at the top of the forum page and you will find a Masterbuilt group with a lot of help!
