Hi there, I'm Will.

New to the forums but not to barbecue. I love all things meat. I've got a slightly modified Chargriller Smokin' Pro that I've used for everything from nuts and cheese to bacon, pork butts and brisket and the like.

My fiance and I have been buying whole and half hogs from a local farmer that we've successfully turned into homemade prosciutto (as good as it sounds), hot smoked hams, slab bacon and plenty of good old fashioned barbecue.

Will, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and bringing the bacon.....and ham...........and brisket......and prosciutto!  We've GOT to hear that proposal story.
