Howdy Y'all

Im new to the forum. Today my wife and kiddos got me a Char-Griller 16620 Akorn Kamado Kooker Charcoal Barbecue Grill and Smoker, Black....for fathers day.

Being from Texas, I grill a lot. Haven't smoked meat much though and am excited to get started. Looking forward to learning a lot from this forum.
