I've been reading the newsletter for some time and decided to join. I've been an avid griller for all my life (at least the grown part) and have always loved BBQ. I bought a New Braunsfel smoker about 10 years ago for a reunion at my house. I have a Jenn-Air 5 burner grill and just recently got a Weber 22.5 kettle grill with a smokenator. My favorite meat to smoke is brisket, pork shoulder (for pull pork) and ribs. I do like to try anything. I enjoy all the recipes posted and the pictures as well. Looking forward to getting (and giving) anything I can on smoking, grilling and recipes.
