Hey all,
I received a smoker for an early Christmas present (wife says it was for me but I'm pretty sure it was for her, if you know what I mean).
It's a cheapie - a MasterBuilt Charcoal smoker. But I wanted to get something to see if smoking meat was even something I would like to do and it was cheap enough that I wouldn't mind the loss if it wasn't for me.
So far it has been fun. I've learned from this forum already and I'm joining so I can participate more fully.
Other than smoking, hobbies include computer programming (also my profession), firearms (competition, casual shooting, defensive courses, etc.. Not into hunting but getting there...), and my family.
